Rania is an advertising producer with more than eight years of experience delivering TV commercials and branded content across Egypt, Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Kuwait. Her portfolio spans 50+ productions for global and regional brands including Pepsi, Vodafone, Amazon, Samsung, Netflix and Spotify. At Novas, she leads every production from brief and budgeting through on-set execution and final delivery—balancing creative ambition with rigorous cost control, logistics and team leadership.

Reham is a marketing communications and events leader with experience across more than ten MEA markets. Her background spans regional event strategy at Johnson & Johnson, learning and events at Medtronic, corporate events at Orascom Development and communications at The British University in Egypt. At Novas, she directs operations, client communication, partnerships and event delivery—aligning teams, budgets, vendors and brand messaging from the first proposal through final execution.
